By submitting this form, I signify my agreement to be bound by the rules of the HTA and I acknowledge that admission to membership is at the sole discretion of the Committee of the HTA whose decision shall be final. I also understand that if my application is successful I shall be liable to pay an annual fee of £325 (less 33% discount for Escorters who are small businesses) which shall be payable upon joining and then thereafter on 1 April of each year. Should I decide to resign my membership I shall not be entitled to any refund.
